How Can I Cancel My Service?
Category: Subscription ManagementFor situations where you wish to cancel our services, you can easily do so by logging into your customer panel via our mobile application or website. After initiating the cancellation of your service, we will need to contact you to confirm the cancellation.
Upon your confirmation, the cancellation process of your service will be completed. If you cancel your subscription, refunds for cancellations made within 14 days will be processed back to the payment method used during the application process within 1 to 7 business days.
