What is the activation fee for a new FIBER or VDSL subscription?

In new VDSL subscriptions, the port activation fee is 499 TL. For customers requesting on-site installation service, an additional fee of 699 TL is applied.

Additionally, there is a 50% discount on installation and activation for annual service purchases, while a 25% discount is applied for 6-month service purchases.

For new fiber subscriptions, on-site installation service is mandatory. This ensures that customers receive technical support for the most efficient use of the service.

The installation and activation fees for fiber and VDSL subscriptions are the same.

If you transfer an active internet subscription to Comnet, you do not need to pay an activation or installation fee.
