What is the activation fee for a new FIBER or VDSL subscription?

For new VDSL subscriptions, the port activation fee is 499 TRY. For customers who wish to receive on-site installation service optionally, an additional fee of 699 TRY is applied.

For new fiber subscriptions, on-site installation service is mandatory. This ensures that customers receive technical support for the most efficient use of the service.

The installation and activation fees for fiber and VDSL subscriptions are the same.

If you transfer an active internet subscription to Comnet, you do not need to pay an activation or installation fee.
