How is Fiber Modem Service Provided? Should I Return the Modem When Cancelling the Service?

Fiber modem service is provided to subscribers by infrastructure providers. This service is carried out with a modem provided free of charge by the infrastructure provider during the installation of fiber internet connection.

You must return the fiber modem or ont(Gpon) with the adapter device via shipping within 7 days. Failure to do so will result in a penalty of 1000 TL.

To ensure your modem can be matched with your service, we kindly ask you to include a note inside the modem box with your full name and service number before shipping.
