How can I change the email address associated with my Comnet account?

Changing the email address associated with your Comnet account is quite simple. Here's how to do it step by step:

Customer Login: On the homepage, find the Customer Login screen. Log in using either SMS or your password.

Accessing Account Information: After logging in, click on the 'My Account' menu, then select the 'Account Information' option. Click on the 'Edit Account' tab from the opened screen.

Email Change: From this screen, you can set the new email address for your account.

If you wish, after logging into your account on our Comnet Mobile application, you can click on the 'Update Email Address' option under the 'Account' menu to set your email address.
