What should I do in case of malfunction?
We can create a Telecom malfunction report in line with your support request, but we would like to point out in advance that if your malfunction is the customer's responsibility, Telekom charges us 399 TL under the name of Faulty Failure notification. If such a situation occurs, we will have to demand this fee from you.
If you approve, you will be notified of your telecom malfunction.
