What are your return conditions?

If you are not satisfied with the service or product we provide, you may consider the following conditions for a refund:

You can exercise your right to return within 14 days from the activation date of your service.

Upon your refund request, your subscription will be canceled, and the refund amount will be credited to your relevant bank account within 1 to 7 business days following the approval of your request.

For fiber infrastructure services, the modem must be returned to us for the refund process. Upon receipt of the returned modem, the inspection process begins. Any deficiencies or damages to the modem are evaluated. If no deficiencies or damages are found in the modem, approval for the refund is granted.

Activation and installation fees are incurred for initiating the service and technical procedures. Therefore, the refund of activation and installation fees is not possible.
